I'm thinking the Pledge Of Allegiance and morning colors should required at all schools from kindergarten through all colleges and universities if you want to demand citizens pledge some sort of allegiance to certifying election results.

I'm also thinking everyone in government should be required to say the Pledge Of Allegiance and attend morning colors too if they want to serve.
