Police Were Told To Keep Roy Moore Away From High School Cheerleaders, Retired Officer Says

If you note, no one in your paragraph reports actually seeing it with their own eyes, so it's all hearsay.

.
Aren't you the idiot who said nobody talked about it? If that were true, there would be no hearsay.

Screw the pooch.

Run along, I'm done arguing with you idiot. Your inability to follow a conversations makes you impossible to communicate with in an intelligent manner.

.

Trump says Moore TOTALLY denies the accusations. TOTALLY.
That means Trump must have believed O.J. Simpson, who also totally denied he killed anybody.

There were no eyewitnesses against O.J. - but plenty of eyewitnesses against Roy Moore.

Republicans don't believe that eyewitnesses. You need a photograph of O.J. at the scene posing in front of the bodies looking directly at the camera.

You argued nobody talked about it, so there would be no hearsay.
Then you argue everything the person posted was hearsay.

Screw the pooch.

The guy dated girls half his age. He hung around teenage hangouts, and even called up the local high school for dates.
And no one said a word about it, and that somehow computes in your little pea brain? It raises tons of questions for sensible people..
The New Yorker reported that more than a dozen people—including a major political figure in the state—who said that they had heard, over the years, that Moore had been banned from the mall because he repeatedly badgered teen-age girls. Some say that they heard this at the time, others in the years since. These people include five members of the local legal community, two cops who worked in the town, several people who hung out at the mall in the early eighties, and a number of former mall employees.

If you note, no one in your paragraph reports actually seeing it with their own eyes, so it's all hearsay. Since there are no contemporary written records, there is nothing to back up your hearsay. That wouldn't even be admissible in a civil court.
.

No one said a word about it, it's all hearsay - Yogi Berra?

And there is no documentation clearing Moore either. Absent documentation it's back to the word of a retired police officer with a 37 year career.

You're back to the Salem witch trial standard of evidence again.

What do you have against law enforcement? Somebody who swore an oath to uphold the law, and protect the public for 37 years. Why are you attacking the police?

Are you saying you approve of the way the Salem witch trials were conducted? Of course you do. So long as only Republicans are hung.

The mall manager at the time has already said it never happened. They even have a list of people who are banned from the mall, and Moore's name wasn't on it.
Well that's a lie, so that discredits your phony mall manager. What the Gadsden Mall spokesperson actually said was, “We still have an active ban list, But it doesn’t go back that far.” So Moore's name isn't on it because it doesn't go back to the 1980s.

But notice how carefully crafted that lie is, they DO have a banned list and Moore's name isn't on it, but not because he wasn't banned as the professional liars would lead you to believe, but because their records don't go back to the years Moore was banned. Only the most professional liars are able to deceive you with a half-truth.

The best liar is he who makes the smallest amount of lying go the longest way.

Samuel Butler

In other words, there is no documentation of Moore being banned.
IOW, you lied when you said he wasn't banned because his name was not on the list.

That's what the mall manager says, asshole. You obviously lied when you said he was banned.

Off to a great start, stereotyping those in Alabama...how is that different from being a racist.

Yea, get back to us when you learn how to use the web-site.
Way to roll out the welcome wagon.

How am I doing now? Better than Roy Moore's campaign, huh?

LOL...you're learning. Now all you need to do is learn how not to be a racist pig.
There is nothing racist in anything I've posted, so I think you should stop throwing around ignorant insults.

It's not overtly racists, but it is the lowest kind of bigotry, and since you're also only talking about white Alabamians, it's also racist.

Yeah, let's just ignore the word of the former mall manager, right?
Well you are ignoring a dozen mall people so why can't we ignore one??/

No names were given, eh? That's worth about as much as the charges of "collusion" against Trump.

Makes you wonder how this mall manager was kept out of the loop, he said they kept reports of such things, and doesn't recall seeing any on Moore, go figure. And still no contemporary news articles about Moore at the time concerning all these "well known" rumors. I find that hard to believe.
Well it makes me wonder about the credibility of the ONE mall manager when there are more than TWELVE who remember differently.

What are their names?

A retired Alabama police officer said she and her colleagues were told decades ago to “make sure” Roy Moore “didn’t hang around” high school cheerleaders, and confirmed previous reports that the Republican Senate candidate was banned at the time from a local mall for predatory behavior toward teenage girls.

“The rumor mill was that he liked young girls, and ... we were advised that he was being suspended from the mall because he would hang around the young girls that worked in the stores and ... really got into a place of where they say he was harassing,” former Gadsden police officer Faye Gary told MSNBC on Tuesday.

“We were also told to watch him at the ball games, and make sure that ... he didn’t hang around the cheerleaders,” she said.

Wow, that is really creepy. Even the Alabama police were trying to protect high school cheerleaders from Moore.

Yeah, sure....

You would reject a coin being 3,000 years old, because the date doesn't say "B.C."
You're rejecting what the mall manager says. Why are your witnesses anymore credible than Moore's?
The mall manager from 1981, said they didn't have records of who was banned in the 1970's or 1980's.

The mall manager had no list with Moores name on it, but admitted the lists he had didn't cover the period in question.

So if we don't believe the mall manager with the list, who should we believe?
And there it is again, there is NO list from the 1970s and 1980s, so Moore's name not being on a list that doesn't exist means nothing except the mall manager is dishonest if he claims to have such a list from the 70 and 80s, but it does show the desperation of Trumpists.

Burden of proof is on you. With no list and the manager saying he wasn't on it evidence is overwhelmingly in favor of Moore
There are more than 12 people who contradict the mall manager, they lead 12+ to 1.
None of the twelve was in a position to know if he was on any such list. The claims prove nothing.

Wow, even Murdoch's New York Post is against perv Moore.

Another lying thread. Based on rumor. There were never any formal complaints about Moore. He dated a cheerleader. He attended games. Coached his baby sister's baseball team at the high school.

How many lies can be out there at one time?

The guy dated girls half his age. He hung around teenage hangouts, and even called up the local high school for dates.

Those claims are unsubstantiated.

At least one was a cop for the juvenile division. That would be their job.

No, that's not her job. The police are only called when someone refuses to leave when asked. There would have been a police report. You don't see anyone waving a police report around as evidence, do you?

How much do you want to bet this guy is a loyal Democrat?

He already has a hole in his story: the mall manager says there was no such ban.
I can tell you didn't even read the article. Know how I can tell?
