Being the first "black president" gave him almost complete immunity from any accountability as he torched as much as he could, and then he chose carefully who his follow ups would be next. It didn't work with Hillary, so they worked on the next election to make sure that the plan would be full proof upon getting compromised Joe Biden into the position. It's almost like reading a dime store script from a poorly thought out comic book, however no one is laughing anymore.
