The elections that matter are going to happen in 2018.

Currently, it's just one House of Representative, a couple of governorships, and a few mayoral elections.

How is that going to change the political landscape of this country?

Thanks to the 1st Amendment Americans have lived with "political theater" for two hundred and fifty years. The problem comes when the criminal conspiracy in the media becomes the political arm of a particular party and "political theater" turns into a horror movie such as the rioting and violence on inauguration day and the "Baseball Shooter" and maybe even the Vegas Shooter (which is strangely quiet).
