The transcript of the recording where Trump admits that the document he's showing to a staffer is classified......doesn't disappear. The classified documents that were seized from Trump's residence don't disappear. The pictures, the witness testimony, the recordings.

None of it disappears.

The way I understand it is: If Trump is convicted of treason (e.g. holding classified documents and parading them around to others) he can be barred from running for a presidential candidacy, or rather excluded from becoming President of the USA. Just lying, loudmouthing and screwing around - aka cheating on his wife can't prevent him from being elected as President.

How do we know Levin isn’t a liar? Whatever Biden may say has no relation to whether Trump is guilty or innocent. He begs the questions of whether it is a general warrant. If it is, the courts will say so.

This is the entire crux of the Trump indictment. They have Trump on tape saying his documents were classified and talking about them to some friends.
All Trump had to do was say they were not classified and everything would be OK, but they have him on tape saying they were classified, therefore, he should not have had them and certainly should not have been talking about them.
So the left goes after him with the Espionage Act created by President Wilson.

The majority of people in this country are still basically decent. They recognize the wrong in using the power of the government to go after one’s #1 political opponent - ESPECIALLY when the one on the attack is guilty of much worse, and in his case, it’s suppressed or wiped under the rug.
