I don't see what is necessarily bad about "big biz" or even multi-nationals. We need jobs, and it's pretty much a myth that small biz is the job creator once you remove franchises from the def of "small biz." W was a cataclysmic failure who really gave us first the teaparty and now Trump. Biz has a responsibility to workers, and conservatism does not mean a caveat emptor/invisible hand of the market where workers are consumed like raw materials or food. Conservatism could have a compassionate face. But the gop is no longer on that road.

I don't know where Trump is heading the party. From post war WWI to the depression, the gop was a white supremacist party that let the 1% take all they could .. so long as middle class white industrial workers' incomes rose. And we ignored the rest of the world. That seemed to be Bannon's schtick.

Trump's history however is simply a corrupt and crooked conman/casinobuilder.

Trump is literally just a con man. Bannon happened upon him and for awhile their paths crossed. Bannon, through Trump, promised the disposed white, former union mftring workers something better - after first W and then Obama failed to deliver on similar promises.
