No, he was funneling government money into the chinese research to make BIOWEAPONS. His motives for this part are unclear--what he did was immoral and likely illegal but probably served a variety of purposes------for which he was paid well for. Maybe it was just another in a long list of scams to get US taxpayer money funneled to the chinese much like the CARBON CREDIT SCAM is or maybe the point was to make a bioweapon to scare the US taxpayers and citizens or some other group---maybe the whole point was to help Gates get his shots for encrypting everyone------don't know but do know that Fauci has been lying his ass off and that he has pocketed millions $$$ off this scam.
