Raygun made over 250 recess appointments

Seems Obama and his staff of "some of the brightest minds in the country" didn't see through it.

Perhaps it was an attempt to publicize the Republican tactics on recess, and the controversy on what is a recess? The unfortunate thing is that most people will see the whole Court case as winner and loser and not the games being played in DC.

The Constitution won. Obama lost.
Just like it should be. It was a big smack down on Obama. Even his own appointees couldnt go along with him.

Sorry, if you actually checked into it you would have found it to be a draw. Congress isn't supposed to leave behind a single guy to pretend they are in session. Recess appointments are in the constitution. What Republicans are doing isn't and the Court said it must stop. Quit acting so desperate. It looks pathetic.

raygun?

we have children in adult bodies

and they gotta cover Obama's ass
they gotta cover Obama's ass
don't know why with his disapprovals it's pretty much a waste of time for you, but march on like good little cult members

Oh for christ's sake. Guess he's not the tyrannical dictator that you all SAY he is, now is he? Hahahaha....

Since when has the SCOTUS used the Constitution? Since Citizens United blew out the one man-one vote right?

Since they've now reversed the right to access our own airways in favor of Comcast and Verizon? THAT Constitution?

YOu are too stupid to breathe and type at the same time.

You might be thebiggest moron on this board. Really.

Recess appointments are legal. As long as Congress is in recess.

Obama, the worlds dumbest constitutional professor, does not get to decide when Congress is in session.

I might be but as long as you're here I'm not.

The left wasn't upset when Sen. Harry Reid did the same thing with pro forma sessions to block President Bushes nominations.

you're right, we probably should have been. of course, that was to block a guy that supported torture and said it was legal.

what was the reason for blocking these nominees?

He didn't know "Judicial review" either

I think the only time he attended Harvard Law was for the class picture where he was "President" (LOL) of the Law Review

Law Review President who never heard of Judicial Review

According to the Supreme Court, neither does the Congress. Leaving behind one or two people saying they are in session is NOT being in session. The Supreme Court said that must stop. That if congress says they are in session, they must be a "functioning body" - the words the Supreme Court used. Do keep up. Don't just gloat over the part you heard about from Fox.

Here is a list of papers Obama wrote as president of Harvard law review.....................

Obama's article, which begins on page 823 of Volume 103 of the Harvard Law Review, is available in libraries and subscription-only legal databases.

Obama lost, again.

Do try to keep up, loser.

Rdean offering the lunatic left perspective. 9-0 Supreme Court ruling invaliding Obama's recess appointments, and somehow Rdean finds a way to make this into a win for Obama. It is almost as if he doesn't even know what he is talking about.

Oh yes, there is a plethora of Obama's college writing available.

The Supreme Court has unanimously ruled against this administration THIRTEEN times since 2012.
