I have a small rental property that I rent 2 bedrooms to excellent tenants. I gave them April, May, and June.

They've been long term tenants, pay their rent every month, and treat the place as there own. Those kind of tenants are like gold and you treat them as such.
Landlords realize this so I know they are working with the good ones which is about a third of tenants. Another third are so-so.

You have the slug landlords with usually slug tenants, they will have problems. ONE of the risks of the landlord world.

I wouldn't know. I did rent a lot in 1983 it was 125 dollars a month in Norman, Ok...It is much cheaper to buy the land to live on than it is to rent. You should try that instead of renting a lot.
