Republicans Biggest Fear

Republicans Biggest Fear is that President Obama (praise be unto Him!) is going to calmly, rationally put together a successful coalition which proceeds to degrade and destroy ISIL, and mirror the success that President Clinton had in the Bosnian War.

It would once again destroy the narrative they have been pushing since the 1980s, that Democrats are weak at protecting America.
Republicans' biggest fear is the president's success in any capacity.
LOL. There's absolutely no fear of that whatsoever.
Obama has fucked up every single thing since he took office. OK, not every single thing. I think there was a trade agreement with Colombia signed. After 18 months. But whatever.

Not really worried about Obama destroying ISIS or ISIL or whatever the heck you want to call them today.

I'm much more afraid he is going to start another global war that will end with the termination of millions of lives because he is too arrogant and incompetent to think for a minute.

I wish he could, but I doubt he will be able to. The Iraq invasion destabilized the region. It's beyond repair for at least a couple of generations.

Funny, most Republicans accuse him of thinking too much.

That's Odd. I've never seen anyone accusing him of thinking, let alone thinking too much.

This another one of your fantasies?

Which really puts squarely what they are all about.

Republicans control the house.

The house, since 2010 has gotten almost nothing done.

And then they complain, nothing is getting done.

Amazing.

Republicans' biggest fear is the president's success in any capacity.

And they've been willing to sacrifice the economy and the security of the nation to achieve political goals.

Can't speak for every Republican, but looking at CK's profile earlier at least one Republican's biggest fear is liberals. :)

Yes, they are shaking in their boots worrying that one's going to happen. In your dreams.

A coalition so far of nine, mostly non-combatants. A days old newly formed Iraqi Government expected to have a harmonic lovefest after a 1,000 plus years of Sunni/Shiite conflict.
Surely, you jest..........:disbelief:.

Of course, as long as Republicans are objecting to something about Obama's plans, they can stick with the path Rep. Jack Kingston recently explained: "Republicans don’t want to change anything. We like the path we’re on now. We can denounce it if it goes bad, and praise it if it goes well and ask what took him so long."
Republicans criticize Obama for not wanting enough war#
Couldn't agree more.

I like that Obama spends more than Bush on military and has more wars going on than Bush. I think Dems should brag more about Obama's massive military debt and wars! Democrat, the official American war party!

Not a poll watcher, I see. Come back after the November elections. You only have a few more days to crow.

Incorrect Swallow, you are criticizing Republicans for not wanting more war.... Or do you take the new position of opposition to Obama adding to the list of wars (conflicts) the US is currently involved in? Do something different and just answer the f-ing question for once in your bottom feeder life.

Need to let Harry Reid know he needs to do his job. That's why nothing has been done.

Uh...no.

To the contrary, it is the liberal community that CLAIMS the reason he takes so long to make a decision is because he has to think it out.

Republicans and conservatives believe he applies no thinking to his decisions as he lets his ideology make them for him.

Amazing is the ignorance you displayed in this post. It takes two to tango, dumbass, and they House can accomplish nothing without the concurent accomplishment of the Senate, and then the signature of the President.

If this President succeeds at destroying ISIS, then I will applaud his actions, and give him the credit that he deserves. However, it takes a lot of atta boys to make up for one ah shit. Obama has too many ah shits on his hands to overcome public perception with one success.

I do think that Obama should wait a little longer so that ISIS can set up some anti-aircraft defenses, and make the battle a little more fair.

Found it: Chile Congress Passes Tax Bill to Finance Free Education - Bloomberg
The bill, passed late yesterday, needs to be signed into law by President Michelle Bachelet, with the tax changes introduced gradually over the next four years.

The legislation seeks to raise $8.2 billion, or 3 percent of gross domestic product, through higher taxes on companies and the closure of loopholes for wealthy individuals. Bachelet says the revenue will fund spending on education and health care, helping to narrow inequality in Latin America’swealthiest nation. The opposition says the prospect of higher taxes has contributed to a drop in investment and the weakest growth in five years.

“There is an enormous number of public policies that can become reality thanks to the approval of this reform,” Finance Minister Alberto Arenas told reporters. “This is a day for Chile to celebrate because we have given signals of stability and security.”
