Gov Engler (1991 to 2003 - Republican) you'll see how unemployment steadily dropped....except for right after 9/11 it ticked up (which was normal). In 2003 Graholm was elected and you can see how it steadily rose up until she was out of office in 2011......when Snyder took over. It's been gradually going back down.
