Restaurant Employees Refuse to Serve Trump Supporters

Sue the fuck out of them. Let them close their fucking business. What's going on? Does the left want to re institute riding in the back of the bus for select groups of people?
Exactly. Treat them in the exact same manner as the cake bakers were treated.

Sorry, they are not protected by so called PA laws.

Proving, once again, that PA laws provide unequal protection of law, in violation of the 14th Amendment.

Technically, they work around this by stipulating that "protected classes" aren't classes of people. Instead they are classification of reasons that are barred as justification for discrimination. And, or so the argument goes, everyone has a race (age, gender, etc ...) and is equally protected from discrimination based on bias against race (age, gender, etc ...).

But, as is the case with so many important legal principles, it's the "Reader's Digest", dumbed-down version that enters public consciousness. To the point that the dumbed-down version replaces the original concept. That's happened here. Most people, even many legislators and judges, seem fine with the idea of special rights for special groups. They don't understand, or don't care, that this undermines equal protection.

To be fair, things have to be dumbed down quite a bit for the average American to be able to grasp them.

I'm starting to believe that we should have a new Constitutional amendment that requires all laws passed by Congress to contain no more than 300 words and no word may contain more than 3 syllables.

Bake that cake, they demanded.

Oops, wrong story.

Trump supporter Shannon Riggs and her cousins expected some flack from protesters at Donald Trump’s rally in Richmond, Virginia, however, they did not expect what happened when they stopped for dinner at the Cook Out hamburger joint, clad in their Trump T-shirts and hats after the rally.

The ignorant and bigoted employees said, “Hell no! I’m not serving them!

You hypocrites. If a bakery can refuse service to gays, a snack shop can refuse service to Trump supporters. At least a Trump supporter makes the choice to support him; gays don't have a choice as far as being gay.
That's a load of bullshit. It has never been proven homos don't choose to be homos.

You say that because YOU chose?

Correct. I am your intellectual superior, deal with it.

Trump needs to give that fucker the complete Obama Treatment and turn the IRS andy NSA on him

No he doesn't. That is the LAST thing we need.

Trump, if elected, needs to lead the cleanest, most scandal free administration we've seen in years, otherwise he's just another power hungry fool like the current fool we have.

Thus confirming that you are a delusional dumbass.

Restaurant Employees Refuse to Serve Trump Supporters

The employees missed a great opportunity; Asking a Trump supporter what the Donald is going to do about wages and the economy.

Employee was wrong. There. That was not hard to say at all.
The snack shop must be closed down forever, right? After all, the employer hired these bigots so they must be bigoted themselves. In fact, these bigots should not be allowed to work anywhere else. We need to be vigilant in watching them. The owners too. They must not be allowed to open another business so they can hire other bigots to refuse service to Trump supporters.

Try telling that to millions of Hispanics, Muslims, Asians, blacks, disabled people, LGBT, Hillary & Sanders supporters and veterans that are pissed at Adolf Trump.
Try wearing those t shirts going to ER see how far you are on the list.
Try wearing those t shirts walking around in California, Seattle, Texas, New York or Florida etc. see if you even get a service.

You should ask yourself.......... Who and what causes all of these? Ask Adolf Trump.

No ones being a hypocrite here until some Liberal finds a way to justify refusal of service in this instance.
Anyone who believes that bakery had a perfect right to refuse service to gays yet thinks this refusal of service is wrong is indeed a hypocrite. Do you think that bakery had a right to refuse service to gays?

The better question is do you think that this Cook Out should be punished in the same manner as the bakery?

I think the bakery and the Cook Out, both privately owned businesses, have a right to do so. However, since the bakery was punished financially for choosing to do so, my question stands about whether or not you think Cook Out should receive the same punishment. We'll see who the hypocrite is if you have the guts to honestly answer.
What are the PA laws in this state? Can someone be refused service for political reasons? Like in SC when the tow truck driver refused to help a handicapped woman with a Bernie sign in her car? It was totally legal in SC for him to do so....and he had support on USMB for refusing her service.

So you are a hypocrite. Thanks for finally admitting it.

Since the employee works at a Cook Out, it seems that employee has missed the opportunity earlier in life to do something him/herself about their wages. I guess I'd be pissed if the only job I could do was work in fast food.

Gay is a choice, period.
Supporting Drumpf is a choice also...as is religion.....that too is a choice.

That you're a worthless piece of shit seems to be a choice you made.
Ah...when you do not have a substantial reply, go for the weak sauce personal attack. I accept your surrender.

Nothing weak about the reply and it's only a personal attack when it's not true.

What's the big deal?

Let it be.

Same when a Democrat orders a burger and is served a shit sandwich.

So long as the shit is fresh.

The Cook Out owner should have to undergo sensivity training and subject to scrutiny on who he hires to make sure they are not political discriminatory.

It's probably good that the restaurant let their feelings known to the Trump supporters.
Had they not, pretty much guarantee you their food would have been tampered with and the Trump supporters would have been exposed to god only knows.
All liberals have either AIDS or cooties.
