The 1938 German Weapons Act

The Nazi regime, who rejected the treaty rebuilt it's military after taking power in 1933. The next five years led to substantial military development and led gun control provisions under the 1938 German Weapons Act, which superseded the 1928 law. As under the 1928 law, citizens were required to have a permit to carry a firearm and a separate permit to acquire a firearm. Furthermore, the law restricted ownership of firearms to "...persons whose trustworthiness is not in question and who can show a need for a (gun) permit." But under the new law:
Gun restriction laws applied only to handguns, not to long guns or ammunition. The 1938 revisions introduced further restrictions against Jews, but made it easier German Nationalists' acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns, as was the possession of ammunition."[4][5]
The legal age at which guns could be purchased was lowered from 20 to 18.[6]
Permits were valid for three years, rather than one year.[6]
The groups of people who were exempt from the acquisition permit requirement expanded. Holders of annual hunting permits, government workers, and NSDAP members were no longer subject to gun ownership restrictions. Prior to the 1938 law, only officials of the central government, the states, and employees of the German Reichsbahn Railways were exempted.[5]
Jews were forbidden from the manufacturing or dealing of firearms and ammunition.[5]

Under both the 1928 and 1938 acts, gun manufacturers and dealers were required to maintain records with information about who purchased guns and the guns' serial numbers. These records were to be delivered to a police authority for inspection at the end of each year.

On November 11, 1938, the Minister of the Interior, Wilhelm Frick, promulgated Regulations Against Jews' Possession of Weapons. This regulation effectively deprived all Jews living in those locations of the right to possess firearms or other weapons.[7][8]

I don't think any race is evil. Just the individuals. The ones that are black that cause crime and evil are the ones who need to work at being a civilized human and get an education. However, I would say the same thing to any colored human. Asian, Black, White etc. The trash of society really needs to step their game up. Times are a lot better now. People make up excuses why they "can't" learn or simply don't want to. I honestly believe that bums on the streets (not counting war Veterans) can still get an education or some type of job experience. The best bet in my opinion is to read. A bum on the street that relies on homeless shelters or simply sleeping in a bean bag can get his hands on a book. Start little and eventually you will get somewhere. Maybe not the best but better than it was originally. We need more thinkers like that for every race.

actually i am against disarming citizens . the left is going after white conservatives that cling to their guns and religion !! but bitch about civil rights when gang bangers are searched and arrested for carrying an illegal firearm .

Belafonte Blames Black Crime On “White Americans”

There is never a shortage of far-left garbage flowing from the lips of Harry Belafonte as he struggles to remain relevant six decades after first releasing the calypso music that made him famous.

The man once called George W. Bush “the greatest terrorist in the world” immediately before telling Venezuela’s Communist dictator Hugo Chavez he is among “millions of the American people” who “support your revolution.”

Belafonte is one of the rare humans capable of making Chris Matthews seem moderate by comparison.

His latest bout of verbal ignorance came when he weighed in on the ongoing gun debate. As he accepted an award at the NAACP Image Awards, he contended the “group most devastated by America’s obsession with the gun is African Americans.”

I strongly disagree with his assertion that Americans are obsessed with guns. The left certainly is, insofar as they are obsessed with taking them away; but conservatives are only obsessed with freedom and the individual liberty afforded in the Bill of Rights.

He does make a fairly reasonable point that blacks are disproportionately affected by gun violence, but that is precisely where his logic breaks down.

“The river of blood that washes the streets of our nation flows mostly from the bodies of our black children,” he stated. “Yet, as the great debate emerges on the question of the gun, white America discusses the constitutional issue of ownership while no one speaks of the consequences of our racial carnage.”

Laying the blame at the feet of the white man is certainly expedient, given his audience at the time, but completely belies the actual cause of such violence.

Using statistics from Chicago, a hotbed of gun violence and leftist stronghold of restrictive gun ownership laws, one can see that three-fourths of all murder victims were black between the years of 2003 and 2011. During that same time period, blacks were also the offenders in the same percentage of murder cases.

It has become boilerplate among leftist adherents to blame any societal ill befalling a minority on the oppression of the majority. Unfortunately, until these race-baiters choose to deal with the problems that actually exist – i.e. black-on-black crime – instead of conveniently targeting imagined institutionalized racism, we can never truly address appropriate remedies.

Many instigators in the progressive movement, though, have no desire to actually deal with the problem in any meaningful way. Maintaining the minority population’s distrust of the racist bogeymen around every corner only serves to keep them loyal to the Democrat Party.
