And what if he didn't spend and the country fell apart financially at the beginning of covid? He didn't want most of the shit Democrats put in that bill but had no choice but to sign it because it was an emergency situation and like Democrats always say, never let a good tragedy go to waste.

The tax cuts, the trade wars were all before COVID. Trump oversaw the third largest increase in spending relative to the size the economy. The first two (Lincoln and Bush Jr.) were during wartime they at least have an actual excuse.
