Should we make the corporate tax rate 0%?

The simplest of concepts that libturds are too stupid to understand is that 'Things' don't pay taxes.... People do.

The few who do understand (VERY few) think they're pulling a fast one and taxing the rich, evil corporation and its rich, evil executives.

Another reason to conclude that libturds are irreparably stupid.

The people who pay the taxes on Corporations are the end-users. Every time.

Every.Single.Time.

Another simple concept that libturds are too stupid to understand... Corporations don't pay taxes, they collect them.

But, the dimocrap party is in the business of fucking over the 'little man'. Always have been, always will be.

Another thing libturds are too stupid to see. The socialist elites get richer while the working man gets poorer. Every time a dimocrap is in office, that happens.

You'd think the average dimocrap voter would figure that out after a hundred years but.... There's a reason they vote dimocrap --

They're stupid. And stupid people get what they deserve..... Fleeced.

But they get so excited when they hear their rulers are handing out free cell phones.

Who should be required to make up the taxes that corporations don't pay?

The people that use government services?

About what I expected

Typical Republican policy. Lets cut all taxes on corporations and take it out of programs that help the poor

Screw being poor. IMO poor people should get a job and become rich people. Why should my income be used to force poor people to sit at home on their fat asses and be useless?

Well that was certainly comprehensive. LOL

While I personally would prefer to replace taxes on corporations with a revenue neutral tax on profits, i.e. a tax on shareholders' passive income, the argument for corporate taxes is that corporations USE govt provided utilities, roads, Medicaid, education ..... etc. From this use, profits are derived. Simply not taxing capital activities, and thereby increasing reliance on taxing labor is just class warfare.

You are poor? Get a job and become a rich person

Absolutely not. "Corporations" are people, yeah, so they can pay their fair share.

So you advocate they should be able to vote? You believe they should be afforded Constitutional rights?

I would like someone to please quote the Supreme Court saying "Corporations are people".

That is a left wing invention.

You say that like working is a bad thing. You must be a libtard.

This shall be paid for eliminating useless leftist government programs.

The good things from this?

Many MANY Jobs will be created in America, since companies will return to their homeland.

Still waiting on that list of "useless leftist government programs".

Fuck 0%!

Cut corporate taxes to -100% percent and watch the economy explode!

That's right, all the taxes we pay should go directly to the coffers of corporate America.

Just think what those CEOs could do multi billion dollar bonuses.

Not really. Corporations enjoy a right of free speech. Corporations may own property. Two examples.

The rub began when the Roberts court equated money with speech by allowing corporations to engage in political speech without disclosure of where the money came from.

Corporations can't talk. Only people can talk. Corporations are nothing more than a piece of paper. They are just a contract.

Saying Roberts equated money with speech is a blatant lie.

The point was you can't take away someone's right to free speech because he joins a group, or committee, or corporation. The only exception allowed is when you sign up to be a soldier, at that point your right to free speech is infringed.

Though they are only giving corporations the responsibilities of "people" with none of the rights or privileges

Of course not

But working for substandard wages and your assumptions of non-existent jobs are a bad thing

How bout we do this? In return for 0% tax, corporations are required to hire anyone who wants a job

Bull. How would you not give a "corporations" the right to free speech without infringing on people's right to free speech? You can't. It's not my corporation that has free speech, I do. My corporations in a piece of paper. And I have more paper that I own it. Just because I start a business doesn't mean that I lose constitutional rights, comrade.

The Supreme Court did not say "corporations are people". That meme is a left wing invention.

Citizens United was a free speech issue. The Court ruled you cannot be restricted from spending your own money on your own ads or any other communications.

I never said coroproations cannot speak, my little Hitler. Nor did I say they should not, my petulant child. However, the Roberts court said they may speak without economic limit, nor must they disclose the individuals from whom they derive the money.

I didn't say the supremes said corporations are people. But you are being disengenuos if you deny 150 years or so of jurisprudence saying they enjoy rights protected by the BOR
