So the republican solution to our healthcare system is as little government as possible right?

Now that is true. Fortunately for me, at no point did I mention anything about “government spending”. I clearly stated government mandates (ie policies, taxes, etc.). Not a word about “government spending”. Your total lack of basic reading comprehension explains why you vote Dumbocrat 🤦🏼‍♂️
lol umm okay. So how, exactly then, do those issues cause inflation?

Knowing how the liberal mind works it would not be long after securing free catastrophic coverage for libs to demand that everything else be free also
Reminds me of a joke.

After the socialist revolution we will all have houses.

cheers!

And after the revolution we will all have boats.

Yeah!!

And after the revolution we will all get face lifts.

wait, I don’t want a facelift.

Listen mother fucker. After the revolution you will get your facelift and like it!

  1. No they don’t. Propagandists with an agenda state that. Actual honest economists don’t state that at all
  2. Then why did all of your fellow leftists scream “Trump crashed the economy” and “Trump lost jobs while President” if the pandemic is to blame? After all, it actually existed during Trump. There hasn’t been any “pandemic” under Biden. The vaccine was already out by the time he took office. Oops. Next excuse for the failures of Democrats?
That’s such bullshit lol. Obviously the pandemic is to blame. It’s not hard to figure out why. If supply is severely interrupted, it will inevitably raise prices.

Trump’s economy was anemic before the pandemic started. Also, if massive tax cuts for the wealthy are so effective as you people claim, shouldn’t we have not losf
Those 3 million jobs? Wouldn’t that iron clad economic strategy at least keep us from losing that shit?

Where to begin here?
  1. Every other nation’s healthcare is vastly inferior to ours. Why do liberals always want to lower the bar?
  2. We’re $34 TRILLION in debt without government healthcare thanks to the tax and spend and spend and spend and spend and spend Dumbocrat Party. We’d be well over $200 trillion by now with government healthcare. We cannot afford it thanks to the reckless spending of liberals.
  3. It’s illegal. If you want “national” healthcare you’d have to amend the constitution before anything else. Let me know when you have the votes.
So to recap, you want something illegal which we can’t afford and produces infinitely worse results, when you already have something legal, affordable, and literally #1 in the world? FFS, make it make sense 🤦‍♂️
Let's discuss your fantastic system -

The U.S. spends nearly 18 percent of GDP on health care, yet Americans die younger and are less healthy than residents of other high-income countries.

Not only does the U.S. have the lowest life expectancy among high-income countries, but it also has the highest rates of avoidable deaths

Of course you've got the best healthcare, well, if you say it often enough you will believe it. Unfortunately, reality doesn't support your opinion.

Yeah, you're right about eye watering national debt, if your government achieved that with healthcare, no way have they got the ability to organise healthcare, so good point.

To keep things legal, you amend to make it legal.

So to recap, US healthcare is crap, you haven't the ability to pay for a national one, and you're already stumped at the paperwork stage.

So a person refuses to carry healthcare insurance the entire life, gets diagnosed with cancer, then runs to an insurance company and signs up, royally fucking over the company, causing healthcare costs to skyrocket for the rest of us.

Please explain how that is a “monumental improvement”. Explain it to us all like we are 5.
You’re a fucking moron. Do you realize how egregious their profits are? Trust me they can handle that. Of course what you’re saying is a different argument anyway. What we are talking about is how the consumers benefited for their healthcare needs.

Highest estimates at the time of Obamacare was 30 million. Highest. And guess what? Obamacare caused 10 million to lose their existing care.

You’re a mountain of misinformation. No wonder you vote Dumbocrat 🤦🏼‍♂️
Nope you’re obviously wrong. Hell even if it was 30 million, that would still matter wouldn’t it?

Agreed

Not even remotely true

So your “solution” is crappy healthcare because it costs less? 🤦🏼‍♂️

You get what you pay for.

For the record, Obama and the Dumbocrats told us it would absolutely fix those issues. It hasn’t. Democrats always lie and they always fail.
Oh really? Not remotely true. Gee can you even explain what that means?

Healthcare in other first world countries is far from crap. Perhaps they don’t have world class top 1% cancer treatments, but what they do have is definitely still sophisticated as what typical cancer treatments are here. Also in these other countries, health care has faster better outcomes overall. Hospitalizations are down as well.

lol umm okay. So how, exactly then, do those issues cause inflation?
I literally just explained it in that very post. Go back and read it.

Furthermore, why do you need it explained? How do you not have the common sense to understand that all businesses raising their prices to cover the costs of government mandates is inflation 🤦‍♂️

If supply is severely interrupted, it will inevitably raise prices.
Supply was “interrupted” 4 years ago, Billy. People were allowed to go back to work 3 years ago.
Trump’s economy was anemic before the pandemic started.
Literally reached record highs in the stock market and record lows in unemployment. The fact that you have to resort to lying just proves you know you’re wrong.
Also, if massive tax cuts for the wealthy are so effective as you people claim, shouldn’t we have not losf
Those 3 million jobs? Wouldn’t that iron clad economic strategy at least keep us from losing that shit?
It did! Record market high and record low unemployment under Trump.

That didn’t change until Democrats imported a virus and used it to shut down their states completely. People literally banned from going to work, by the Democrats.

lol it should be easy for you to explain what specific mandates you’re talking about but here we are

Yeah and it’s taken time for the economy to rebound. Of course, at least part of the issue with inflation is that corporations are taking advantage of the narrative by deliberately raising prices for the sake of more profit. Before you call that bullshit, explain why it would be hard to believe they would do that.

lol Trump inherited that job growth. For 3 and half years under Obama, we already had job growth. And guess what? It continues. The unemployment rate is now lower under Biden. Oops! Didn’t think about that did you? Oh and the stock market is also doing well under Biden. In fact we had a historic rise.

I don’t know why you think the economy hasn’t grown under Biden. If you blame the pandemic on Trump’s job losses, why has job growth gotten better under Biden since the start when he inherited the pandemic?

no, i said you are a moron that does not know ones as from a hole in the ground

I found your story inspirational! Fourteen years with no premium increase is remarkable.

Bingo. Everything the left does fails, and yet you keep voting for more failure. Why?

Excess health care cost growth in the U.S. since the ACA passed has been zero. Unprecedented. Coverage has reached all-time highs and care quality has been steadily improving. It's one of the most successful pieces of legislation of all time.

Healthcare? How are billionaires getting another tax break if the Poors get health care?

Also in these other countries, health care has faster better outcomes overall. Hospitalizations are down as well.
I’m going to assume you meant to say “far better outcomes”. Because citizens wait a bare minimum of 3 months in other nations to see their primary care physician.

But even “far better” is a lie. The U.S. has the most elite healthcare in the world. That’s why government officials in Canada come to the U.S. for all of their significant healthcare needs.

The U.S. spends nearly 18 percent of GDP on health care, yet Americans die younger and are less healthy than residents of other high-income countries.
That’s because that has nothing to do with “healthcare”. It’s lifestyle. Americans work harder and longer hours, eat worse, and have Democrats importing billions of pounds fentanyl across our southern border.

Can’t attribute our healthcare system to any of that no matter how hard you try.
Of course you've got the best healthcare, well, if you say it often enough you will believe it. Unfortunately, reality doesn't support your opinion.
It’s an indisputable reality. The fact that you have to attribute lifestyle to our healthcare system just proves that you know you’re wrong.

If our healthcare wasn’t the most elite in the word, kings, billionaire oil sheiks and Canadian government workers weren’t fly to the U.S. for their healthcare:

Yeah, you're right about eye watering national debt, if your government achieved that with healthcare, no way have they got the ability to organise healthcare, so good point.
Yep
To keep things legal, you amend to make it legal.
And you haven’t done that. So it’s a moot point. Come back to me when you have the vote, ok?
So to recap, US healthcare is crap, you haven't the ability to pay for a national one, and you're already stumped at the paperwork stage.
So to recap, the U.S. healthcare is the most elite in the world - forcing you to lie about it. What you want isn’t even legal (so it’s idiotic to even cry for it at this point), and you agree that it’s unaffordable.

Only a liberal would argue for something that insanely stupid. Stop thinking like a caveman and join us in the 21st century.

Where are you getting this bullshit notion that American healthcare is accessible to all citizens who neerd it? It’s so stupid. We agree the healthcare is of good quality, but that doesn’t somehow mean critical care isnr being denied to millions of Americans. That includes people on health insurance plans. Why do you delude yourself with such a ridiculous notion that has no evidence for it?

To recap, reality supports my facts and proves you’re a liar 🤷‍♂️

That is, unless you now want to argue that billionaire kings actually fly around the globe to get the worst healthcare possible for themselves 😂

Well, for starters, it’s actually illegal to deny a person healthcare (regardless of their ability to pay). That was signed into law in the early 1980’s by Ronald Reagan.

It’s literally not. Denying critical care is illegal 🤦‍♂️

Says the uninformed person claiming people are dying on the door step of hospitals because they are “denied” care 😂

Come back when you have even a single accurate fact, ok?

It is easy. The question is, why don’t you already know? How can anyone above the age of 12 not know? But sadly, here we are (though I do suspect you’re under the age of 18 based on your immaturity).
  • Tax increases
  • Minimum wage increases
  • And hundreds of thousands of regulations
Game. Set. Match.

lol what are you even referring to exactly? ER visits? Do you actually think a trip to the ER is all a person needs? You do get that hospitals don’t let people stay there for the duration of chronic illnesses right? This is especially important to note considering people have healthcare needs that don’t even involve going to the ER to begin with. You’re being absolutely absurd right now lol
