So trump cheated and broke the law to win in 2016?

Those were FEDERAL elections not State elections dumb ass.
Administered by the State and subject to the laws of the State.

You keep calling people names, but we just had a trial that featured state election laws that do cover federal elections. So you sound like a goddamn idiot.

Maybe you heard how it turned out.

So, maybe pause and consider the fact that you don't know what the fk you are talking about.

Liberals are still in denial when it comes to the 2016 election, but they condemn anyone who even suggests that ballot handling in 2020 should be investigated.

Does anyone see an hypocrisy here?

But conspiring to cover up damaging information for an election candidate and to promote negative stories about his opponents - whether true or not, is illegal. It's election fraud.

You're lying. Otherwise, the New York Times and Washington Post and CNN would be
charged every time they covered up Biden's corruption. Or published a negative
story about a Republican.

NDAs are legal. NDAs aren't a campaign contribution. NDAs aren't election interference.
As long as you record it as such in your business records and then report it as such to the IRS then no, not illegal.
Laundering the payment through your attorney's account so it looks like something else in order to cover another crime IS illegal though.

Making a legal expense look like a legal expense to cover up something
that isn't a crime.

All you need to do is file a libel suit and take the publication to court and prove that it printed false information with the intent to harm.
That's why you don't see as many negative stories about Biden as you'd like.
They typically avoid printing lies.
That's also why you see so many negative stories about Republicans.
These Republicans are unable to rebut the stuff printed about them, so the stories stand.

A jury of his peers saw it differently and theirs is the only opinion that matters.
You can second guess until the cows come home and it's not going to make a bit of difference.
And no, he probably WON'T have any success appealing this....when and IF it makes it to appellate court a year and a half from now.
Statistically he MIGHT have a snowball's chance in hell but that's about it.
Statistically very few cases like this are overturned on appeal.
Also, if someday convicted felon Trump were to exhaust each step of the appeals process and then attempt to appeal it to the SCOTUS, it isn't even the type of case The SCOTUS typically takes up after state Supreme Courts have ruled on it anyway.
It would be yet ANOTHER fail.
So get used to it. Accept and respect the jury's verdict and move on.
All this snowflake, hysterical, meltdown isn't accomplishing a damned thing.
GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS!
Forever.

Libel? Who claimed that?
