And what about Bill Clinton, exactly? He's a poor man's Donald Trump when it comes to alleged abuses of women and bragging about it.

Bill Clinton took advantage of a young intern in the Oval Office and then lied about it under oath leading to impeachment. The intern's life is ruined while Bill becomes he hero of the Left. I'm not aware of Trump doing anything remotely close to this.
