Zone1 Social Security Scam

So you lived a better like then Jimmy Hendrix, Janes Dean, and all the rest?

I highly doubt you lived a better life then also some of my friends who died Young, living in New Jersey of all places even if you hit a 100 years old they probably lived a better life
Nobody complains that Jimmy Hendrix, James Dean and the rest did not get to collect Social Secirity

Lmfao, no social security has not kept up with those changes, please don't try to BS people in he Clean debate forum, your dealing with me, who is highly knowledgeable on politics and news
We're getting a pretty good raise in January, due to inflation. That's SS keeping up with the times.

No there is not.
I would wager every single poster on this forum knows of at least one person receiving SS that shouldn't be.
I know of 3.
People have been scamming the system for decades.
All insurance plans/systems are scammed to some degree. SS is way down on the list of serious ones.

Absolutely. They are everywhere.
"Oh my back hurts.... where's my check??"
"I can't handle the stress of working.... where's my check??"
Exactly I remember reading one time about this county in Mississippi (like 100% white) 80% of them is on social security for back problems, it turns out they were all seeing this one doctor who was getting kick backs .

Everyone dies, not everyone lives
Impossible to compare "better lives". Worse lives however can be compared.

I enjoy my homemade soup as much as anyone else enjoys their favorite steak. A day alone in the fall woods as much as another would enjoy a trip to DisneyLand.

Once again this is the clean debate forum, I am telling you for the final time don't mess with me.

Social security is forced on people it's a mandate, like car insurance private health insurance is not through employers and employees

I was waiting for a liberal to say that, so you think people have a great quality of life living in North Korea or other socialist/communist countries, where they wake up go to work, come home, pay into the system and never flown an Airplane plane, been to Niagra falls, Yellow stone, Bermuda, London or Germany as some examples?

But they lived to be a 100 years old?

No that's not a life,that's a robot, that's George Orwell's 1984

Meet me outside. We'll settle this once and for all.
Thats not an argument, what you have been posting is pure fantasy propaganda so people don't get upset with the social security scam, and understand the real world.

People here generally are free to do what is important to them.

Personally, I don't like travelling much, although I certainly can afford to.

People shouldn't be upset over SS. It will work out for them if they survive long enough to collect it.

I'm not an exception. I have received SS payments for 20 years and can vouch for it being a great program. My son, who is nearing 50, thinks it's a scam. I told him we'll talk again when he's 65 (if I'm still around).

Deflection noted, we are talking social security here, stay focused, We don't have the option to opt out of it.

Remember?

I die next year I won't collect one cent of the 12.4% my employer or I put into it the past 41 years and counting

And that's a lot of money to me.

Dude seriously?

Once again if I die next year, I am upset right now if you live and collect all the hundreds of thousands of dollars I put into it and I don't get to spend one cent of it today 11/12/2022

It won't be fair to me at all.

Nonsense. There are no "unfunded liabilities" in the SS system. There are projections based on long-term calculations of revenues and benefits.
