Ted Cruz has been filibustering since yesterday afternoon, and the misconceptions about why are rampant.

The left claims that this is all about screwing with Obama.

Truth is, this is an attempt to prevent Obama from screwing with us.

Ted Cruz is going against the GOP party leadership by holding this filibuster in what some say is a futile attempt to prevent from funding Obamacare. Truth be told, some in the GOP say that the worst thing that can happen is if Obamacare becomes fully implemented. They want it to go into full effect so that everyone can see just how it effects everyone.

I don't think that idea will work because Obama has the media firmly behind him and they could sell any lie regardless how disastrous it is and make it sound like sunshine and daisies.

One thing can be said about this, Ted Cruz is proving that there isn't some massive conspiracy to ruin everything Obama does mainly because he biggest critics are in his own party.
