Prosecutor asks Texas court to reverse governor's pardon of man who fatally shot demonstrator
Daniel Perry shot and killed Garrett Foster during a protest back in 2020. Perry was convicted and sentenced to prison, but a pardon from Abbott got him released. Now, a prosecutor is trying to get that reversed.
