He expanded Hoover's Federal Emergency Relief Administration, Expanded it further into WPA. He created the National Youth Administration, the Civilian Conservation Corps, Civil Works Administration and a few other projects so that unemployed people could feed their families.
We in turn got parks and roads, art projects, public buildings and bridges; you know..... INFRASTRUCTURE.
