The agents on the Weiner case read the emails, moron. They didn't need a security clearance to read emails they assumed weren't classified. Furthermore, I think every FBI agent already has a clearance.

None of them were read prior to the issue of the warrant. Comey stated very clearly that they did not even know if there were any or if they were even significant to the investigation.
