as I said before ,, if youre going to jump onto a discussion its best if you educate yourself on whats already been told on it,,Gee, then how did the lawyer end up with it?
Oh the irony...a blob supporter trying to say that others don't have facts.
The chain of custody already broke down when it went from an unidentified crackhead to the store owner.
He didn't need to.Why do you think he needed to?
where did you come up with that BS?? the store owner IDed hunter as the one that dropped it off and hunter conformed it,,The store owner can't identify who brought the laptop in.
Therefore it went from Hunter, through at least one unidentified person who can't be found to verify unaltered transport of the device, how he got it, or who he got it from.
How it went from Hunters possession to the store is clearly unverifiable.
Except we know the owner can't identiry WHO dropped it off, or whose signature (hardly more than a scribble) it was who signed for it.common sense say we know hunter dropped it off at the shop and signed for it
Why would he do that if it wasn't designed to be a political hit job?
You're right. The crimes of the Biden family must never be exposed.
Biden's crimes must always remain hidden.
maybe you cant but we already know the store owner did ID hunter,,Except we know the owner can't identiry WHO dropped it off, or whose signature (hardly more than a scribble) it was who signed for it.
That completely breaks any chain of custody right there.
You can take the car, but NOT the personal files in the briefcase left in it. It has to be returned to the owner.
Wrong, the store owner said CLEARLY, he could NOT identify the person who brought the laptop in. He ASS-U-MEed the identity from a sticker on the laptop.where did you come up with that BS?? the store owner IDed hunter as the one that dropped it off and hunter conformed it,,
your link doesnt back that up,,Wrong, the store owner said CLEARLY, he could NOT identify the person who brought the laptop in. He ASS-U-MEed the identity from a sticker on the laptop.

Smoking-gun email reveals how Hunter Biden introduced Ukrainian businessman to VP dad
Hunter Biden introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm less than a year before the elder Biden pressured government officials in Ukraine in…nypost.com
The shop owner couldn’t positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden, but said the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, named after Hunter’s late brother and former Delaware attorney general.
I already showed the store owner couldn't identify who brought it in.where did you come up with that BS?? the store owner IDed hunter as the one that dropped it off and hunter conformed it,,
So, if I understand you correctly, you're trying to say that the DOJ should let Hunter Biden ride. It also seems to be an admission that you believe that Hunter Biden stuff is not a witch hunt.Right-wingers argue that the computer repairman acquired the laptop as abandoned property, but according to this legal analyst, only the hardware and not the data belongs to the repairman in this case. The repairman cannot use Hunter Biden's copyrighted images, emails, etc. The only permissible action the repairman could have taken with the data is to recover it:

Guest view: Hunter Biden’s laptop and data: A legal and data privacy analysis
By David L. Hecht, Esq. A newly released document suggests that on April 12, 2019 Hunter Biden signed an $85 services “quote” from the Mac Shop in Wilmington covering labordelawarebusinessnow.com
you told me you didnt show me,,I already showed the store owner couldn't identify who brought it in.
Second Hunter confirmed the laptop belonged to him, not that he was the one who dropped it off.
That's a quote from the linkyour link doesnt back that up,,
what does hunter say about it??That's a quote from the link
ME: the store owner said CLEARLY, he could NOT identify the person who brought the laptop in. He ASS-U-MEed the identity from a sticker on the laptop.
Link: The shop owner couldn’t positively identify the customer as Hunter Biden, but said the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, named after Hunter’s late brother and former Delaware attorney general.
Hunter says it's his laptop, but doesn't identify who took it to the shop.what does hunter say about it??
LOL... how's it going so far?
so logically he took it,,Hunter says it's his laptop, but doesn't identify who took it to the shop.
so logically he took it,,
