Moreover, that the flag is no longer displayed on government property in an official capacity does not constitute a First Amendment ‘violation,’ as the flag manifests as government speech the state is entitled to control as it sees fit.

This nonsense about the confederate flag, ‘rights,’ and ‘liberty’ is just another ridiculous contrivance of the right and the myth of conservative ‘victimhood.’
