Regarding his guilty plea. Do you know how our court system works? They prosecute people and place long term sentences in front of them, then offer a short term sentence if they plead guilty. You know this right?

But some of it was shown to the court that accepted his guilty plea.
And....importantly, determined that what was shown in conjunction with the plea....were enough to levy a sentence on GoatheatGuy.

That seems pretty persuasive to my poor avatar.
After all, showing the bloke walking around without being gang-tackled and shackled ain't the same as showing the bloke loudly and profanely refusing to leave when ordered, or loudly and profanely confronting uniformed officers.
