Just ask the contributors to Proposition 8 who lost their jobs after those “confidential” names were leaked.

Furhtermore, the language in the law, last time I looked, did NOT mandate the hiring of unqualified people but required contractors and other government agents to make an effort to find qualified minorities and women to hire.
As long as they made the effort, there was no penalty even if they did not hire one single minority! But they had to prove, definitively, an effort was made.

'Well for one thing racism is predicated upon hegemony and or hate for those you think you are superior to. AA is not. Affirmative Action was intended to counter hegemony and hate that was so pervasive in the dominant society. Further, racism is usually invoked by people of a different race than the guy being targeted for hate based on his race. AA doesn't meet that prerequisite either since White guys made the laws that came to be AA to keep their racist brethren from locking women and minorities out of educational and job opportunities.. You simply couldn't connect the actors in your video to any party. People that ignorant probably do not vote at all because they don't care about the issues. They are content with their TV shows, their beer and their fast food.
They do not care about politics.

I voted for the same person the majority of Jews, Asians and white women voted for. Yep, As a voter I stand with some of America's smartest people. Heh heh heh!

The white vote has always been and always will be a bellwether vote. The fact that Democrats are getting their asses kicked by Republicans with white voters means that Democrats are just that terrible of a party.

You Democrats had best hope the demographics keep going in your favor, because that is all you have now.

Democrats aren't getting their asses kicked by anybody. The dems are kicking ass and are united as a rain bow coalition of all race to combat the obvious hegemony that is so ingrained within the GOP apparatus. Thankfully, not all White people subscribe to the"us versus them" scenario that RW Whites thrive on. Sensible White people realize that a house divided cannot stand.

Poor States Are Conservative; Rich States Are Liberal. Why, and Where?

Why are Progressive Democrats so rich? Moreover, why does their rhetoric seem to attack their wealth?

Yes, many conservative states are the poorest. But if you look at the states and you investigate why they are poor, you will see that the answer is left wing policies. The reason there are so many conservatives running it is because the people are trying to fix the problem.
