The Right Wing does exaggerates the frequency of the killing of cops but I do think that police are being negatively painted with a broad brush.

If the prosecutors are exclusively on the side of the cops, such a system is no longer a system of laws. Anywhere such a system is left in place, no one can be surprised when blueshirts get gunned down.

When it happens in a place like Baton Rouge, where the police department is thoroughly and irredeemably corrupt, they can't expect any sympathy from any true American.
