If the jurisdiction is Florida, I doubt the Feds will get their indictment but of course if it's DC, the game is on. In fact, regardless of how sketchy the presented evidence might be, I'll go ahead and predict now that Trump will be convicted of something. No way to avoid that in DC and I doubt that whoever the judge is who gets the case, will allow a change of venue.The planted evidence crap won't work in a grand jury.
Just remember that our Constitution rules supreme over even federal statues that rule to the contrary. That means the Elias fool that's pumping all you Dems up with hopium that a conviction here will disqualify Trump from running in '24, is going to let you down again. That records act doesn't have the teeth to accomplish a disqualification. They'll no doubt hold up some document, spend an hour explaining how it was going to end America as we knew it and that to save democracy, he has to be kicked out of politics. AIN'T GONNA WORK.
