And they need hackers who are so clever, they can trace the source of a hack, even when the hacker is so good he can make it look like someone else did the hack.

Because, as Putin pointed out to Megyn Kelly, the CIA has hackers who can make an attack look like it came from Russia.

Lawyers are good at creating work for other lawyers. Any lawyer appointed to investigate a high profile politician always hires a team of lawyers, paralegals and support staff, rents office space and sets up expense accounts to assist him in the fleecing of the American taxpayers in a long drawn out investigation of whatever imaginary charges can be kept in the whirlwind of the daily fake news for years at a time.

The lawyers love it because it keeps their income flowing. The fake news media loves it because it keeps their narrative alive. All is well in Washington!
