This is why I am pissed about how many people are on food stamps

I argued that YOUR misinterpretation of what was on the USDA site was wrong. Furthermore, when I showed that same USDA site saying that Bush scrapped the 3/36 time limit in 2004, and increasing the suspension on the ABAWD time limit to 2 years in 2006, then suddenly to you the USDA was all wrong and knows nothing about the SNAP program.

Ed the only misinterpretation is all you your feeble mind can't handle it. obama made changes that bush never did. obama did away with the time limit of the snaps program. That's from the USDA web site
The waiver did away with the time limit, and it was Bush who modified the waiver rules first to suspend the time limit for the year the waiver was in effect and then later extended the waiver suspension of the time limit to 2 years.

Obama merely extended the already granted waiver. The time limit was already suspended when Obama extended Bush's waiver. It is an out and out lie to say Bush never did away with the time limit, that has been proven with direct links to the USDA over and over again. You have yet to show anything directly from the ARRA stimulus to prove any of your lies and you never will because they don't exist. The waivers are controlled by a separate law, 7 CFR 273, and Obama never modified it.

Bush did not do away with the time limit for the snaps program obama did The USDA SAID SO and the USDA maintains SNAPS.
MOVE ALONG DUMB ASS YOU CAN'T COUNTER THIS ARGUMENT.

(1) Has an unemployment rate which exceeds 10 percent; or
(2) Does not have a sufficient number of jobs to provide employment for the individuals.

The USDA says it is true. You can't show anything to the contrary directly from the ARRA stimulus bill. That settles it.

Ding bat you have been the one arguing against the information from the USDA
„ The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 increased Supplemental Nutrition Assistance
Program (SNAP) benefit levels and expanded SNAP eligibility for jobless adults without children.
„ After these enhancements, SNAP participation and inflation-adjusted food spending by low-income
households increased.
„ Food insecurity declined by 2.2 percentage points among low-income households but was unchanged
among households with incomes somewhat above SNAP-eligibility cutoffs.
The ARRA suspension of time limits
for jobless adults without children also
may have increased participation. Prior
to ARRA, SNAP participation by many
jobless, working-age, nondisabled adults
without children was limited to 3 months
within a 3-year period.

Well, it appears that the USDA is contradicting itself, and the ONLY way to settle the contradiction is to quote exactly what the ARRA says in the bill.
Still waiting for you to post the ARRA quote!!!!!!!

Ed you're confused and a idiot. Do you know what "Prior to" means?
If you're confused "prior to" means before, as in before the ARRA you could only get SNAPS for three months time limit.

Here's were obama changed that
The ARRA suspension of time limits for jobless adults without children also
may have increased participation.
Bush did not suspend any time limits obama did.
This is from the USDA web site, the USDA maintains the SNAPS program why do I need to post any other source?

You have lost this argument and cannot counter it.

Apparrently YOU don't know what "prior to" means as 2004 is certainly "prior to" the ARRA. And so is Jan 8, 2009 "prior to" ARRA. By Jan 8, 2009 Bush had suspended the time limit for ABAWDs in 46 states, DC, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Here is the list again:

http://www.fns.usda.gov/snap/rules/memo/PRWORA/abawds/abawds.pdf

Clearly the USDA is contradicting itself according to your constant and willful misinterpretation of your USDA quote. Your quote cited the ARRA and the ONLY way to validate your misinterpretation is to quote directly from the ARRA itself. You can't and won't do it because you know it's not there.

Ed the USDA is not contradicting itself you just aren't comprehending what is written
Before obama signed the ARRA their was a time limit a single person could be on the SNAPS program. After the passage of the ARRA in 2009 the time limit was suspended MEANING their was and is not limitation on how long a single person can be on the SNAPS program. Bush did not suspend any time limits obama did.

I just posted a link to a list of Bush suspending the rules for ABAWDs in 46 states, DC, Guam, The Virgin Islands, and Indian reservations in 10 states by Jan 8, 2009, some of the suspensions were for 2 years (the bold names in the list) and you just continue lie and deny that Bush ever suspended any time limits anywhere anytime.

Again, simply quote the part of the ARRA directly from the bill that supports your obvious lie. ARRA never even mentions ABAWD time limits, and you know it.

If you remember, you offered pos rep to anyone who could help you and so far no one has been able to find the nonexistent quote you say is in the ARRA. That right there should tell you something!!!!

The ARRA included a provision to temporarily suspend Able Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) requirements. This memo informs TAO staff of: the termination of the ABAWD Waiver, the ARRA suspension of ABAWD rules; BEACON coding related to the rule suspension; and case manager responsibilities for processing ABAWD cases at application and recertification.
