trillions to upgrade the military from what the previous administration had left it.

I'm sure you're right, but the U.S. military can definitely do without the dirty pictures being painted by the mainstream media.

The mainstream media and the entertainment industry have been cultivating an attitude of insubordination and fraternization among Democrats and other liberal activists within the U.S. military, somewhat along the lines of popular comic strip series such as Doonesbury, Beetle Bailey, Sad Sack, etc. Sometimes we don't "get it" because it's just not that funny.

That's what you get from Sad Sack and Beetle Bailey cartoons. Locker room jock mentality. Very subtle but effective methods to discourage kids from joining when they turn 18, graduate from high school etc.

Privates don't get private showers, or a place to wash their clothes or an opportunity to replace stolen garments on basic pay.
