Poor Playtime, President Trump had no choice. God needed his talents to make His beloved America great again. Being chosen does not make one God. But that he may have been chosen by God make wise men glad, because the Constitution was reviewed again and again by careful Founders who made certain its precepts were in accordance with the Kingdom of God. And it fills believers in the Almighty Lord with joy and peace. Love, beautress.

the act of falsifying biz'nez records went from misdemeanors to felonies was because it was carried out to CONceal election violations.

So you think that it so wasn't the bees knees? OK.... The world's smallest violin🎻 plays the world's saddest song... *sigh* Love, beautress

david pecker :heehee:

who gave up the goods on donny & corroborated michael cohen's admission of washing donny's hands in 34 counts of biz'nez fraud & election violations.

not ' invented ' ....

hon.

but committed.

Fine. Before you go after someone's neck, you know a crime must be committed, right? Exactly what United States crime did he commit? Please include the # of the crime according to the law, okay? Even our Marines knows there's a greater salvation than we know. Thanks for participating in an issue of right or wrong. God always wins. Love, beautress.
Bless our military for their beliefs in God's word through their rendition of a song about the prophets of God: "Days of Elijah" (et al).

you would think donny & his mob lawyer would want a speedy trial
They have no input into the prelim date.
which i wonder if there's been a flipper & bragg needs time to dive deeper
He was asked why he didn't want to go for this previously and said something about new information. Bragg is reportedly venturing into uncharted water with his untested legal theory....that's probably why he need so much time.

Yes..they do...they could have chosen not to waive time...and had a trial in 90 days. I wonder why Trump waived time? Could it be that he want as long a delay as possible also?

The trouble with the DA was his rant about "Getting Trump" to be his main objective in getting elected DA. I can't tell how unconstitutional that is, but the justice system must be conducted in a manner consistent with the very image of Lady Justice's blindfold, holding the scales in her strong hand. That was overlooked by the DA of New York this past week.

Oh, the good old days when liberals loved justice!

You sure you're not confusing waiving the prelim? You can chosse to go straight to court by waiving the prelim.

According to Time, the prosecution requested the dates.

When will Trump appear in court next?

At the arraignment in Manhattan, Trump’s next court appearance was set for Dec. 4, just two months before the first contest of the 2024 Republican presidential primary race. The DA’s office asked the judge to schedule the trial for January, despite Trump’s attorneys’ request that it begin later in the spring of 2024.
Judge Juan Merchan will decide one the timing of the case, and trial, but legal analysts expect it to extend well into 2024 and the presidential campaign season.
The start of the GOP primary season, the Iowa Caucuses, will begin on Feb. 5, closely followed by the New Hampshire primary on Feb. 13. If the prosecutors’ request for a January trial is granted, it could limit Trump’s campaign travel, but put him in the media spotlight everywhere. The trial’s proximity to the race underscores how Trump’s criminal charges could influence his candidacy—potentially boosting his appeal for his supporters.—AK

I'm sorry, are you suggesting that Trumps attorney's would waive preliminary motions and go straight to trial without:
  • Even receiving the DA's evidence (Grand Jury testimony, documentation, etc.),
  • Even having a motion to dismiss reviewed,
  • Even making challenges to certain evidentiary items for exclusion?
Secondly, the prosecution, from you own quote, requested January 2024 and the FDOTUS lawyers requested a later date.

Naw...what I'm talking about is our Constitutional right to a a fair and Speedy trial. The State MUST bring your case to trial within 180 days in a felony case..in the state of New York. Unless the Defendant waives right--then the skies the limit~

IN GENERAL: Criminal Procedure Law § 30.30, also known as “statutory
speedy trial,” requires the prosecution to establish its readiness for trial on an
“offense” within a specific codified time period after the commencement of a
criminal action (which occurs, generally, by the filing of the initial
accusatory). If the prosecution is not ready for trial within the time required,
the defendant may be entitled to dismissal of the accusatory instrument,
pursuant to CPL 30.30 (1), or release pending trial, pursuant to CPL 30.30 (2).

At least he's alledgedly banging women (real women). Other than his personal life, Trump was a great president, and a strong president until the Chinese attacked us with the COVID.

Instead of the Democrat's focusing on China's hell it unleashed, they instead used the tragedy to attack a president that they didn't like. The Democrat's are truly diabolical. They gave China a pass, and used the issue to attack one of our own (the president).

Not at all. My post deals with that.

Seems you missed the boat.
