Trump is a threat to the American Republic

Little doubt exists that Donnie is a threat to the American Republic.
______

Donald Trump may be a threat to rule of law. Gary Herbert and Orrin Hatch visit Bears Ears. Bernie Sanders goes for the whole enchilada.

Happy Friday. Legal scholars from across the political spectrum are worried that a Donald Trump presidency would be a step, maybe a large step, toward authoritarianism, with his calls for a ban on Muslims, restrictions on the press and his threats toward judges. [NYTimes]

Yea, we get it.

Trump is Hitler, Cruz is Satan, and Hillary is just a little better than the both of them so vote Hillary.

This poor orange dope is no friend to democracy. He's made it abundantly clear that he rejects nearly all the tenets of American democracy. The worst two are the dictator-like treatment of the press and now his batshit views on judges, American judges.

Let's hope he keeps talking.

We are not a democracy, we are a Constitutional Republic.
A very big difference.

A dictator takes government ownership of the press and I have never heard him say that he wants government to control the press.

You should look into how that Obama appointed Judge rules on illegals.

Weirdos unite. Jesus how many times do the uneducated have to make the false claim we aren't a democracy we are blah blah crap. If you had either taken political science or paid attention in class you'd know how assinine your statement is.

"An F-150 isn't a Ford it is a truck".

"A 747 isn't an an airplane it's a jet"

See how stupid you sound? You only repeat a fake meme that makes people like you feel good and feign intelligence.

You seem to be the one who did not pay attention in class.

Article IV of the United States Constitution "guarantee's to every State in this Union a Republican form of Government".

Some Double Down Donald spokesperson just now on the news chastised the mainstream GOP for not supporting Donnie's racism, sexism, and ethnocentrism.

I am pretty sure that I speak for millions of Republicans when I tell Donnie, "fuck you, I will never vote for a scumbag like you. You are the party of the Corrells, the CrusaderFranks, the Yurts, the HWGAs, and all of the rest of the scum trying to take over the party."

Donnie will not be president: count on it.

I think when push comes to shove, the swing states will save us from Trump.

Maybe Ohio, Penn, N.C. should use their vote as way to promote tourism.

"Come to Our State this summer and we got your back in the fall!!"

Well we have it right here.
Isaac Newton thinks our Constitution is funny.
Sad very sad.

TN continues to demonstrate his far right wing reactionary intransigence.

What he thinks is, ipso facto, in his mind, fact.

While I could never vote for Trump, how in the hell can any Republican vote for Clinton? She is a threat to this country, her lies have and if elected will continue to put America at risk. No on Trump, a hell no on Clinton.

Please tell us how Donald Trump would "ban" Muslims, or anyone? Oh, maybe an EO? I thought you guys love EO's?

Red herring as you well know. Bush used far more EOs than Obama, yeah. You are such a stooge.

Nice non-answer. What does Bush have to do with my question? Wanna try again and actually answer the question? How would Donald Trump "ban" Muslims?

Right, it's all Bush's fault.

Most of what happens now is controlled by the Executive branch through regulations. They only pass a few hundred laws now but pass thousands of regulations by nonelected officials.

He never answers a question... just responds "Bush", then calls you a name and runs away. He and Rdean are the laughing stocks of USMB.

I can see Republicans voting for Hillary. The GOP views conservatives as the Taliban.

Your question is unimportant as are you.

The question is not germane.

Move along.
