Trump probably confused his approval rating for his disapproval rating. He's not so good at reading. Fox was just being their typical propagandist selves though I am sure. To their credit, they did issue a correction.

Polls cannot give a percent chance to win, that is not their function. Two days before the election CNN showed Hillary with a 4% lead, she won the popular vote (which is what polls predict) by 2%. Well within the margin of error
I cannot find a CNN poll closer to the election than this one which clearly shows Hillary to win by SIX points with the margin of error 3.5
