I'm glad they didn't impeach him.

I hope you're too stupid to swap him out for Michelle so I get to watch him go down in flames in a few months. (And I don't mean falling off his bike.)

OK, now I really must be going, there is only so much babysitting I can do in one day. ;)

What we in the Army use to call the Run (away) Dodge (from) Jump (over). You were frothing at the mouth for it, no there there. HB was a total bust as well. Nothing from nothing leaves nothing...which all you've go a lot of.

Trump can do whatever he wants to with his own money, the Election Commission already said so.

“In order to execute the unlawful scheme, the participants violated election laws and made and caused false entries in the business records of various entities in New York. The participants also took steps that mischaracterized, for tax purposes, the true nature of the payments made in furtherance of the scheme,” the filing says.

In New York, falsifying business records is a misdemeanor but can be elevated to a felony if the act is committed with the intention of committing, aiding or concealing a second crime.

NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump’s hush-money trial will go ahead as scheduled with jury selection starting on March 25, a New York judge ruled Thursday, turning aside demands for a delay from the former president’s defense lawyers.

The decision sets the stage for a case centered on years-old accusations that Trump sought to bury stories about extramarital affairs that arose during his 2016 presidential campaign. It will be the first of the four criminal prosecutions against Trump to proceed to trial.

Other cases charge him with plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election and illegally hoarding classified documents at his Florida estate.
It's gonna get orange

Amen!

Well kyzr, once again P01135809 is wrong. Making Hush Money Payments a felony in New York State and he can to jail for having done so.
Law Professor Jonathan Turley said the Bragg case is Bullshit.

“I think it is ridiculous,” Turley said. “[Bragg] is trying too hard. There comes a point when you try too hard and this is that point that what Bragg is doing is bootstrapping of an alleged federal crime and converting it into a state prosecution. That’s a crime that the Department of Justice did not find grounds to prosecute.

You can't even spell sentences.

And we've been hearing about "jail sentences" since he was supposedly a Russian asset back in 2016.

Now it's been downgraded to "Well he paid a hooker" once.

All of DC was like "Yeah, get in line".

You realize you're mentally ill, right?

Of course not...

None of it has anything to do with the actual charges against Trump or the witnesses against him
This is sinking the case... are you watching this?... Fani and Wade are a dumb as a rock.... they will have to move the case to another county and that is where it will end... everyone knows it but you...

Yes, and if Trump had actually used his own money to pay off his Porn Star, he would not be in the trouble he is today
Trump is not in legal trouble. He used his own money. The DOJ and FEC declined to prosecute.

The USSC already said you can do whatever you want with your own money.
Its free speech.

What part of It Is Against New York State Law To Make Hush Money Payments fails to penetrate vast and vacuous between your ears?

Most common penalty, but it could potentially involve jail time.

If this was a one-time offense, you might have a point, but Trump has a long history of fraud and other behavior.

Or consider this, "getting Al Capone on income tax evasion". You know he's done much worse things, but this is something you can nail him on.

& hopefully dying in prison from a rotted syphilitic brain just like al would be most appropriate.
