There is a great difference. In all the other pictures, others are holding umbrellas for great conservative Americans. In the last one, a proud Marine is holding an umbrella for a Socialist Marxist Communist American hating scumbag who has turned our country into a nanny state and should be convicted of treason. I think that covers it for most of the nutters.
