Multiple registration forms do not result in duplicate registrations. One overwrites the other. I had a guy that used to re-register online a few times a week, changing his party affiliation each time. One day he re-registered every couple of hours.

Even being sent more than one ballot doesn't matter. Only the first one returned is counted. First in, first counted.

We were busy, but online registrations are easy to process. Much easier than paper.
