Get rid of Assad and his allies and then help organize and arm the other rebel groups and the Kurds to fight ISIS with US air support just as we are doing in Iraq.

There are no true rebel groups. The FSA has continually worked with AQ. Sunni extremism hell for the people of Syria. Haven't we done enough damage?

No Christian, no Jew, no Shia, no moderate Sunni, no Kurd and certainly no Yazidi want the MB to rule, torture and kill them.

Yeah, but it's a civil war. We had to fight our own civil war in 1860-1865 if you remember. Since then we no longer pick up arms against other Americans, no matter how pissed off we get at each other. Syria and the rebels have to come to their own peace to make it a lasting peace. That means NO U.S. intervention.

Our issue is ISIS and other terrorist organizations intent on doing harm to Americans.

If it were a civil war, it would have already ended since Assad was clearly losing before Russian began bombing his enemies. There is no opportunity for the Syrian people to make their own peace until Assad, Russia and Iran are gone. If President Trump can make a deal with Russia for them to drop their support for Assad, then the Syrian people will have an opportunity to find their own peace.
