The congress has no more constitutional authority to legislate on abortions than the federal courts did. It's up to the States to decide where they are on the issue, nothing changed today for the majority of Americans.

In my age group, broads are generally post menopausal and generally fat also unfortunately. This makes it easy to last indefinitely without releasing the sea men.

Again, legislatures are free to come up with laws regarding the issue. The only thing stopping them was they preferred to defer to the "magic" of the activist court doing their job instead and focused on more important issues like supporting White hating curriculum in public schools, etc.

There needs to be a thread about the unconstitutional insanity Justice Blackmun presented with his activist ruling. Invoking the 5th, 9th, and 14th Amendments in regards to terminating the life of a fetus as a "right to privacy" is quite a stretch of the imagination. That means anything someone does to anyone in the household and beyond can theoretically be a "right to privacy." Blackmun was a dummy who did not rule consistent with the US Constitution, like most Supreme Court justices obviously.
