No....the criminals in Europe have as much access to guns as our criminals do, for some reason they chose not to use those guns. France and Europe are awash in illegal guns from the various conflicts in the Balkans and other places......and it is obviously very easy to get illegal, fully automatic rifles as well as hand guns in France, and Belgium and Denmark....they chose not to......why?
