What rights would that be? Why do some rights outweigh others? Seems like libertarians can say you only get as many rights as you can pay for. You don't respect rights, just money and power. Don't care to be under your heel, thank you. The 20th century has taught us to be wary of totalitarian philosophies.

Which freedoms are you talking about? I see none that are abridged in violation of the Constitution. You're going to have to be specific. You're asking a 'yes or no' question, when the answer isn't either.
