As far as how Hitler got normal Germans to so despise a subgroup of citizens that they were willing to murder them, by the millions, revisit the Holocaust Museum in DC. IOW, citizens who are involved in promoting Republicans and Republican policies are now the enemy. This is NOT how America is supposed to operate.

But here's the thing. Your average Nazi in 1930's Germany did the same things... They even had policies they were legitimately concerned about - the unfair terms of the Versailles treaty, the economic mess Germany was in, etc.

My niece's husband works in Washington for the GOP. He says he hates the toxic environment, because Republicans aren't even allowed to socialize with Democrats at this point.

Unemployment is low. We aren't at war with anyone. We aren't having riots in the streets. Even Crime is down from what it was in 2020.

Seems to me that in nearly every metric other than inflation, Biden has improved the country over what he was handed in January 2021.
