Limbaugh has it right. The GOP wants to be liked, so they turn themselves into Dem-lite so the media won't be too hard on them. All the while, the media is laughing at them because they have no intention of giving them equal access.

If the GOP stood up and shredded the media's advocacy and the liberal dogma, and called them out on their hate rhetoric, they'd actually win more elections.

As it stands, neither party is worthy of any American's support.

repubs have worse administrations though. Reagan (Gun running, over 100 felony prosecutions but pardoned by bush the smarter) Nixon of watergate fame, with many jailees. Harding of course very corrupt republican administration. Then Grant, republican. Bush the dumber avoided any punishment for his many crimes because democrats just want to get along.
The only history the tea baggers on this forum know is what they learn at Fox U, Hannity State, and of course University of Limbaugh, which is wepubwican gooood, democwat baaad.

If you are talking about what the philosophies are supposed to be, there is a huge difference.

The Republicans are supposed to be smaller, less powerful Federal Government. More Powerful Local and State Governments. More individual freedoms, power, and responsibility.

The Democrats have been for more powerful, larger Federal Government, less powerful local and State. Less individual freedoms, power, or responsibility. More Government Control over the lives of the American "Citizen".
