What law(s) would have stopped the Buffalo shooting?

It would make it real hard. He wouldn't be able to find a legitimate source. Which would make him a criminal, before he could fire a shot.
son, you are so fking naïve and clueless to the world around you. Go play with your tinker toys.

again, why do you act like you can stop a mental fker?
Close the loopholes. Do you realize it takes more paperwork, oversight, and government being informed, to sell somebody a car, than to sell somebody a gun.

Does that mean we should give up on trying.

What happened to the conservative meme, that saving even one life is worth it.
BTW, that kid had 18 to years to determine his self in society. He is obviously done with his time on earth and choose a path forward he did. His choice, not his mothers, not his father's, his. Anyone choses to take a life loses theirs. To use future suffering as a reason to abort babies is sick.

won't stop them. EVER, you're fking clueless son. go play with your tinker toys.

Hey, for grins, did you know that 33 blacks were shot over the weekend in Chicago five killed. What happened to your loophole there?

hahahahahahaahahahhaa

You can't stop all of them. But you can start to stop some of them.
what's your plan, use the magic eight ball and find all the nut jobs who will at some point in their future lash out? hahahhahaahahahahahaha, you're what's wrong with all of this.

NY gun laws:
Gun laws in New York - Wikipedia
NY has among the strongest gun laws in the US - indeed, NY has ALL the 'common sense' laws - laws, we are told,. will prevent shootings like this.
Obviously, these laws don't work.
So...
What law(s) would have stopped the Buffalo shooting?
What makes you believe this?
How do these law(s) not violate the constitution?
I don't know about this particular case, but, in many of these cases these people were clearly a danger to society and could have been locked up for a long time, just based on the things they had already done. Our justice system just lets these people run around loose and then the left want to make laws to keep guns out of the hands of the people who shouldn't be running around loose in the first place.

And that running around is glorified by the demofks. Know this as fact. ew, ew, especially NY

Did they fuck up?

With hindsight we can say this guy was the one that needed to be sidelined from the gun market...but... how many 18 year olds have said something dumb but went on to become model citizens?

You put a kid on a list... you've closed a lot of doors for them.

How many intercity kids are going to make an ill informed threat and fuck up their lives forever?
There is a difference between "doing something dumb" and threatening to shoot up a school and engaging in bizarre behavior that frightened people

Ever consider how all the divisive words prevalent today affect those with little self confidence or with a feeling of self worth? Good points were made above about what has been taken out of public schools and what is now the call for teaching such as...CRT. Hmmm, tell a black child they are not accepted by others or a white child he is suppose to dislike those of color?? How much hatred for or by someone is being promoted by such things?
You have some bizarre ideas about what CRT is. It is nonsense like this that is causing much of the divisiveness

What law prevents any crime?

The Buffalo shooting suspect bought a gun just a few months after a police-mandated psychiatric evaluation that followed a shooting threat.
Despite A Mandated Psych Eval, Buffalo Shooter Bought A Gun
Correct.
Because the mental health professionals, and law enforcement investigators, who evaluated him did not deem him a threat to himself or to others.

NONE unless there was some law against false flags that carried the death penalty for the planners of it.
