3. There is private property, which specifies to whom the property belongs. Under this form, and individual or individuals have the right to use some good and to exclude others from doing so. If they so wish, they can sell the property, and retain the proceeds from said sale.

In a free society there will be myriad of such owners who can sell property rights if they wish, and retain the proceeds of such sale.
