What Would Jesus Say To Republicans

You ever get the feeling that there's only one or two Liberal posters at USMB but they're each running 10 sock accounts?

They all sound exactly alike

That's exactly how I feel about FOX News fans, they can never deviate from the approved script.
Fox is more truthful than any libtard.

Apparently not.

Ha ha ha. Idiot.

I know, fucking hilarious, right.

I know what Jesus would say. It's in the Word.

My everyday language interpretation.

"I'm bipartisan. Get your shit together. All the rules are in the book.

Just make sure you follow them because I am coming back and it won't matter what political party you belong to.

If you are an evil fuck up I'm going to kick your ass".
Revelations lays it out way better than little old tinydancer.

11 Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse!

The one sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

12 His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems, and He has a name written that no one knows but Himself.

13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which He is called is The Word of God.

14 And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following Him on white horses.

15 From His mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron. He will tread the wine press of the fury of the wrath of God the Almighty.

On his robe and on his thigh He has a name written, King of kings and Lord of lords.

Amen

That's all from Revelations.......Jesus never said anything like that.

You can't slice and dice the Word. You can't take snippets and try to string together a fairy tale to suit "your version".

Jehovah's Word is what counts. Not your precis on it. And Revelations is the end game isn't it now?

The end game can't turn out well while you ignore the words of Jesus.

Some of the questions that Fox Viewers got wrong.

Anthropogenic Global Warming is undisputed fact proven by mountains of physical evidence, rather than computer simulations which have failed repeatedly - Fox Viewers answered "no"

Barack Obama is the greatest president in the history of the nation. - Fox Viewers answered "no"

George Bush is the cause of all the problems in the nation, especially the ACA roll-out - Fox Viewers answered "no"

Capitalism is evil and takes from the poor to give to the rich - Fox Viewers answered "no"

The national debt is a fraction under Obama of what it was under Bush - Fox Viewers answered "no"

I think Jesus would advise republicans to fight back against the destructive force called socialism. I think he can see the wreckage that liberalism has done to so many of his people and he would want that to stop.

I also think he would want the United States of America to do whatever it takes to defend Christians around the world from the barbarism they are facing today.

I believe he would cheer on capitalism and persuade to GOP to cut taxes and create a environment that is financially progressive so his people can succeed not just exist.

I feel he would want to thank the rich for all of the tax dollars they provide and for their unselfish giving to a multitude of charitable endeavors.

I think he would want a place to retain the dangerous among us.

On Moral issues he would advise us not to define deviancy down, that when we see something wrong and sinful we instinctively know it’s wrong whether we admit it or not.

He would praise our progress on race relations in this country and chastise the race pimps among us.

He would champion the people that work hard and make a good life for themselves and look down upon the slothenly.

So then you were obviously one of the people polled in the study.......that would explain a lot about the results.

No doubt you can quote the Biblical passages that reflect your point of view.

I also believe he would not be happy of how the Bible has been twisted to fit where it does not fit.

If Jesus was here to see the mess we're in now what advice would he have for Republicans.....God's chosen people. Let's see where Jesus stands on contemporary issues.

On Defense: "Love your enemies" "Blessed are the peacemakers" " If someone strikes you on the right cheek turn to him the other also".

On Social Programs: "If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven".

On Rugged Individualism and Self Interest: "Love your neighbor as yourself" "So in all things, do unto others as you would have them do to you".

On Financial Success: " Truly I say unto you, it will be hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven" You cannot serve both God and money".

On Paying Taxes: " Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's".

On Crime and Punishment: " If any of you is without sin let him be the first to throw stones" "Do not judge or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will measured upon you".

On Moral Absolutes: " If any of has a sheep and it falls into a pit on the Sabbath, will you not take hold and lift it out?" " The Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath".

On Race Relations: In the parable of the Good Samaritan Jesus praised the morality of a hated foreigner over his own countrymen.

On Letting Others Pull Themselves Up By Their Own Bootstraps: " But when you give a banquet invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous".

Take heed sinners and repent before it's too late to save your immortal souls.
He would say, "those Libtards are the dumbest fuckers on earth"

On what do you base your belief? Surely you must be able to refer to something in the Bible......or maybe you haven't read it.

Your so called studies are meaningless. MSNBC and the left leaning media lie a whole lot more.

Seriously? I guess when reality doesn't support your views, the answer is to pretend to read the mind of someone who died ages ago. This is just sad. I suppose the OP thinks Jesus would have approved of funding terrorists so they could kill more people. Yup. I'm sure he would have given a thumbs up to the war on Christians.

You asked what Jesus would say to republicans and I gave you my answer. I don't need to open the pages of the Bible to know what is right and what is wrong or what is evil or what is righteous. I believe Jesus is on the side of good. I believe Jesus is a progressive, not progressive the way you would describe it but I see a Jesus that is economically and scientifically progressive. I don't think he wants an America that resembles the third world. I think he see's us as that shinning city on the hill that for the most part does his bidding. We are the most generous and caring Nation on earth and he know's it.
