No, I don't. And I'd have no problem with redrawing a map of the Ukraine to allow the Donbass and Crimea to join the Russian Federation.

That's not what Putin is doing. Putin is going after Kiev with the intent of dominating the whole country. Not because he has suddenly discovered the poor Russians in the Ukraine are "suffering", but because he is trying to distract from internal voices in Russia complaining about his mismanagement of the country.

I don't agree with this assessment.

I don't think Putin has any intention to occupy Ukraine.

I believe he will use Kiev to negotiate a withdrawal in exchange for a new border incorporating the disputed regions including Donbass and Crimea becoming a part of Russia, a guarantee that Ukraine is not admitted to NATO and a fresh water supply to Crimea. Russia will agree to pay restitution if sanctions are lifted. That's my guess.

• Joe Biden has declared an economic war against a foreign country with the largest nuclear arsenal on the planet.
• He did so with no authorization for a declaration of war issued by the Congress.
• Which we have already sunk many hundreds of millions in "helping out."
• That so far has gone from attacking specific individuals to crashing the Russian people into a poverty they may never recover from.
• WITHOUT Joe Biden demonstrating ANY national interest in the war outside of superficial humanitarian values.
• Ukraine, a nation strangely allied to the US government in mysterious ways where they seem to have close ties with Obumma, Hillary AND Joe Biddum! Not to mention the whole Biddum family. And now suddenly we have to rush to their defense after literally opening the fucking door to Russia and inviting Russia to come on in and invade Ukraine!

2. So what now could be the consequences of Joe's stupid clumsy actions:​

• At the very least, we could see fuel costs climb at least another dollar a gallon along with concomitant increases elsewhere.
• The US Dollar could lose world standard trading status which would be a nightmarish blow to the USA and economy.
• The entire world stage has been severely destabilized.
• This is coming at the worst possible time as the USA and nations struggle to climb out from Covid.
• Many of these actions are actually driving Russia and other enemies right into the hands of the Chinese, our worst enemy.
• And we might yet get dragged into actual military conflict with US forces.
• Russia has promised retaliation which could come in many forms which could include cyber attacks.
• Cyber attacks against computers which include computers which are necessary to keep our utilities, energy and infrastructure operating.
• Putin could instigate a viral attack, a chemical attack, a bio-weapon attack, an economic attack, an EMP attack, even a nuclear attack directly or indirectly by selling to people like Iran. And since Joe has crashed the ruble, he might not have any compunction against doing the same to any or all of the people here rather than attack military or government installations.
