When will Rosenstein jump?

Rosenstein is done and he knows it.

I don't think he's gonna quit this week, but I think he's gotta be gauging
his chances of survival.

Couple of things that could occur will affect his decision.

Does the President declassify the FISA Application? If the President does
do his attorney's seek a ruling from SCOTUS?

Once those things occur he's trapped. If he sees this stuff coming,
he'll opt out with info to protect his law degree and standing with the
Bar. He'll rat out the rest of them for protection
I'm not seeing where Rosenstein did anything so wrong. Boy, I wish we could hear from the justice on the FISA court as to whether this is a tempest in a teapot or a real concern.

For a guy who swears he has nothing to hide and has nothing to do with Russia, Trump sure is hell bent on ending this investigation and removing ANYONE involved.

Why is that?

98% of convicted felons are innocent too ...

youknow .......

The amount of nonsense you are spewing is borderline sad and funny.

No kidding, which part was inaccurate?

Literally the whole thing.

Ok then, you must watch CNN.

I get my news from a variety of sources. You?

He gets his from the community outhouse wall in the trailer trash park.

Sorry, no. Although I have heard you're phone number is in there.

The House Intelligence Committee approved the release of the Republican memo, but it blocked the release of the Democrat’s response, which was written by people with access to the underlying warrants and testimony and reportedly would debunk some of the claims in the Republican memo.

red flag imo

It takes a majority vote. Too bad you're in the minority

He has to inform the FISA judge that the Dossier was paid for by a political party. That is on the news again today, that the FISA application does
not include informing the FISA court of that little ditty.

I just checked. It hasn't been voted on and is still expected to pass the committee.

My guess is this week.
He has been working with the Trump-hate coup for months. He signed off on the 'lies by omission' Hillary paid for dossier that was taken to the FISA court to illegally spy on a US citizen.
He KNOWS he's now been exposed as a US traitor.
Maybe he'll do the country a favor and jump off a bridge?

President Trump
Trump himself praised Rosenstein in an interview with NBC's Lester Holt on May 11.
"He's highly respected -- very good guy, very smart guy. The Democrats like him. The Republicans like him."

Vice President Mike Pence

The vice president also spoke highly of Rosenstein.
The day after Comey's firing on May 9, he told reporters on the Hill, "He is a man of extraordinary independence and integrity and a reputation in both political parties of great character."

White House Press secretary Sean Spicer

Spicer also defended Rosenstein, telling Fox Business on the night of the firing that he is "someone who has earned bipartisan support and most recently served as the US attorney for Maryland under President Obama. He is someone who has been around the Department of Justice, as I mentioned, for 30 years."
"No one can question Rod Rosenstein's credentials," Spicer said.

Deputy White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders

In the wake of the Comey firing, Sanders said Rosenstein "is somebody who has been universally praised. I mean we had Rep. Cummings just last week talking about what a stand-up guy the deputy attorney general is. You have somebody with this type of reputation, with praise from across the board, who was confirmed 94-6."

As I have said repeatedly, I also remain 100 percent confident in Special Counsel Robert Mueller. The contents of this memo do not - in any way - discredit his investigation.

There is nothing in that.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes said Monday that the FBI had disclosed possible political backing for a Trump-Russia dossier in October 2016....
Republican leaders are acknowledging that the FBI disclosed the political origins of a private dossier the bureau cited in an application to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page,

Republicans concede key FBI 'footnote' in Carter Page warrant

I heard Gowdy admit it on Face the Nation yesterday, as well. They didn't omit it--they just didn't name the Clinton campaign. Did anyone really think the Green Party might have been digging up this stuff?
I read the footnote. I-- I know exactly what the footnote says. It took longer to explain it the way they did, than if they just come right out and said, "Hillary Clinton for America and DNC paid for it." But they didn't do that.
