Where are the jobs, Mr. President?

The jobs are waiting for a normal infrastructure/jobs act, dingbats. Our infrastructure is a wreck after 32 years of Reaganism- same tax rates, fools- and borrowing has never been cheaper.

EVERY SINGLE Pub "jobs bill" is pure bs propaganda, overturning years of worker and environmental law- PFFFFT!

Record corporate profits could create jobs if record corporate profits were spent on creating jobs.

More jobs have been created during Obamas first five years than eight years of Bush

Why would we want to elect Republicans again?

Oh yeah? Really RW? Then why is unemployment higher under Obama than it ever was under Bush?

The fact that you believe more jobs have been created under Obama is comical. When Bush was in office, unemployment was already low so there weren't that many jobs that could be created. When Obama stepped in and blew up the U.S. (and world) economy costing 13 million jobs, it's not really that impressive if 4 million are "created". He still has the biggest net loss in U.S. history (sans the great depression - which not coincidentally was overseen by another ignorant Dumbocrat).

The President controls the economy? Interesting.

Oh fuck off. How many times have you whiny ass libs used "Bush economy"
Your post is another example of lib think.
The President gets the blame or the credit, he just doesn't control the thing either way. It's a lot bigger than that.

You are stupid if you think the President has nothing at all to do with the economy.

Scratch that......you are simply stupid....period.

Didn't say nothing, I said doesn't control.

Actually, yes he does - in a roundabout way. It is the JOB of the president to insure that the private sector can operate and GROW within a capitalist system. Obama has done everything he can to insure the DEATH of the private sector.

We have endured 5 years of Obama and during that time - there has NEVER been job growth of a substantial nature. Corporations are hoarding their cash like misers with the intent of waiting this fool out - and hoping that the next president allows job growth.

Obama is constantly talking about raising the "minimum wage" and "overtime pay" but to what ends? to stifle job growth; to make damn sure that employers do no more hiring.

This president is the most anti-job president in the history of the United States. Period. End of story.

WRONG...
MORE deficit spending is the LAST thing the country needs.
No, economic recovery and prosperity starts with the private sector.
This admin is holding the rope which has the noose around the neck of the private sector.

The left sure shouted on the roof tops that Bush did when he was in office. How things change with you guys
No one controls Capitalism but the White House can influence things. That is what they meant even if they said it poorly.

And the economy still sucks by the way.

What you are too stupid to understand is his policies DO effect the economy. Does he have total economic control? No. But he does have control over the policies that effect the economy.

If Obama was caught screwing the dog I bet you would swear he was just being kind to animals.

No, I'd say he was fucking the dog.

Bush was given an unemployment rate of 4.2% and left office at 8.1%

Obama has lowered his rate from 8.1% to 6.7%

Any other questions?

By not counting more and more workers.. by giving more and more of those not working government disability... the labor force participation rate is the lowest in 40+ years... the jobs that are allegedly 'gained' are less than the ones leaving the workforce... sounds like a loss to me and any other person who thinks logically

The labor participation rate will continue to decline over the next two decades

He shouldn't, but sadly, this president does and he is hell bent on destroying it. With the latest news today that Wall Street took a nose dive, I'd say he's very close to achieving what he set out to do - collapse America.
What a drama queen you are, and also wrong.

So where are the jobs then PMH? The fact that you can't answer that question and instead have to attack the messenger says it all....

they are here in California.....

Where are the jobs boehner?
Your party ran on that platform and all you have done is pass legislation to over turn the ACA.
Where are the jobs boehner and republicans and tea party members?

Not true. The R's did try to repeal Obamacare (the PPACA) at least 50 times, but they also named a number of post offices, passed bills making abortion more difficult for women and refused to a pass bill to aid the long term unemployed. Boehner and Cantor and a number of other members of the former GOP (nothing Grand about it today) also held numerous press conferences (placing blame on others and yet never taking any responsibility for anything), went on vacation for more weeks than they were in session and tossed under the bus dozens of members of the former GOP who dared to question the dogma which holds the H. of Rep. tea baggers voting in lockstep.

That's quite a lot of work 'cause they also needed to make promises to all those who bribe them and so to collect the money for their reelection in November. Come on, don't be cruel, being a member of congress is hard work (to quote a former president).
but they also named a number of post offices,

i have news for you Wry....a bunch of Democrats are on that committee too...

Are you that thick headed? Because I know you know enough to realize a President's policies, as well as his signature piece of legislation affect businesses. To say otherwise, you are just lying.

Despite getting 100% of his policies implemented (whether by a Nancy Pelosi Congress or by unconstitutionally bypassing Congress with his "pen") over 5 years, all we have to show for Obama's marxist policies is record unemployment.

Where are the jobs, Mr. President? Progressive policies have destroyed America
